Field Notes

Paint where it ain’t.

Culture is infrastructure.

Stories shape systems, and systems shape stories.

Design for participation, not consumption.

Curriculum

Educational programs, workshops, and learning experiences for creative practice.

Courses, workshops, and educational initiatives exploring creativity, technology, media, and professional development through a design thinking framework.

Outcomes

  • Digital Arts & New Media: Designed and taught Digital Arts & New Media courses for high-school students through partnerships with LIU Brooklyn and MoCADA, developing interdisciplinary curricula connecting media literacy, digital culture, contemporary art, and creative technology, and curated student exhibitions translating classroom learning into public-facing creative work.

  • Old Gold: Developed and facilitated Music Production workshops for youth audiences, applying IDEO design thinking methodologies to introduce emerging creators at MoMA Teens and the Allied Media Conference to recording, production, distribution, and independent music ecosystems.

  • Notes for Life: Developed a Music Production curriculum for Microsoft Store's NYC Flagship, guiding all-ages learners through DAW workflows, recording techniques, and creative sound design with accessible entry points into digital music production for emerging creators and first-time producers.
